Join a free virtual Forest Bathing walk:
Stepping out into the natural world and noticing the aliveness all around us is essential to our wellbeing. Especially during times of heightened stress, being outdoors, breathing fresh air, listening to birdsong and noticing the first tiny buds of new life emerging can be just what we need to stabilize our physical, mental and emotional balance.
Participate from wherever you are, a neighborhood park or forest trail - even from your window or backyard. In many places, public green spaces have been closed and we have to adapt. Forest Therapy is about slowing down and tuning in with the natural world - even if we can't go for an actual walk.
The 1 hour guided experience will be a series of gentle invitations to mindfully connect with the natural world through our senses.
Through zoom technology, we will be able to enjoy the community of others - while adhering to safe public health practices.
These guided 1 hour forest therapy walks are generously donated by ANFT certified forest therapy guides and free of charge. Each walk is open to up to 100 participants. See the schedule below for more details.

Experience an embodied sense of interconnectedness by joining a guided forest therapy walk on Fantastic Fungi Day on March 26!
FOBI is joining Fantastic Fungi's global movement by offering virtual forest bathing in different time zones.
As we enter into an even vaster understanding of just how interdependent we are and how fast something travels between us all, we can appreciate the power of our interconnectedness. This can be seen in the thousands of cases in which a virus has impacted so much of our lives from travel, business, wellness, and gatherings.
Fantastic Fungi is all about our interconnectedness and the common issues that we face as a species. We know that our biggest defense from these viruses is our own sense of wellbeing, our own immunity and the ability to live from a place of health and wellness both individually and collectively.
In response to the coronavirus, the makers of the Fantastic Fungi movie have decided to expand their reach and open the gates to the ever-expanding movement of this film and provide an opportunity to people all around the world to participate in Fantastic Fungi Day!
This is an opportunity for everyone, wherever you are to view the film as well as tune into the post-screening Q&A.
Now is the time to tap into nature’s intelligence and come together as a worldwide audience seeking connection, hope, and solutions.
